Marion is the Director of MMA Assessment and Development Ltd. She is an Occupational Psychologist (Chartered) with 25 years’ experience (BPS & HCPC Registered).
Marion’s Masters’ dissertation focused on the issues of Reliability and Validity and considers both Reliability and Validity in each stage of the design and implementation process. She is also registered as an Expert Witness in the BPS Directory of Chartered Psychologists.
Prior to setting up as an independent consultant in 1997, she worked for Volvo Cars UK. As her work was highly valued by Volvo Car Corporation she was invited to act as a consultant working on a pan-European basis which included working at the VCC HQ in Sweden on Volvo’s Top 200 Global Leader succession planning programme. She then worked in Belgium for Market Area Europe.
As an independent consultant, she has experience working with a variety of roles and functional areas from Chief Executives through to entry level roles and working in both Private and Public sectors.
She has managed projects, supported clients through fixed term contract/interim roles and acted as an associate for other consultancies. She is able to supply a number of highly experienced assessors, interviewers, role-players, trainers and coaches for larger scale projects. Her passion is designing exercises and creating efficient processes, such as creating candidate feedback statements which align with the assessor ratings, to produce an automated candidate feedback report.
